- Create and update training materials, including guides, manuals, presentations, videos, and online courses, tailored to customer needs and the company's products or services.

- Conduct training sessions through various mediums, such as webinars, online zoom, google meet, or one-on-one coaching sessions.

- Evaluate customer training needs and adapt training content accordingly to meet individual or group requirements.

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, including new features, updates, and best practices.

- Gather feedback from customers and make improvements to training materials and methods based on their input.

- Maintain records of customer training sessions, including attendance, progress, and outcomes.

- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to training materials or customer understanding of the product.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training materials and methods align with product development and customer support efforts.

- Focus on improving customer satisfaction and product adoption by ensuring customers are well-prepared to use the product effectively.
