Customer Support role - International Voice Process - IT (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
Provides support to US customers in handling their queries.
Ensures procedures are followed and standards are met while tracking all jobs and maintaining the appropriate documentation.
Identifies and researches problems to determine better utilization of mainframe resources and the impact on daily production cycle.
Under close supervision and using established procedures, performs routine assignments related to the operation of mainframe computer equipment.
Provides monitoring and 1st level support for Business Critical Services ensuring that service standards are met and quality service provided.
Performs and supports operational processes across multiple environments ensuring all tasks are managed and conducted to the highest possible standards.
Ready to work in 24- 7 environment.
