Job Title: Customer Support - International Voice Process
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Salary:
- Freshers: Up to 4 LPA
- Experienced (1-4 years): Up to 5.75 LPA
Work Schedule:
- 5 days working with rotational shifts
- 24-7 support, flexible shifts
- US/UK shift timings
- 2-way cab provided
Notice Period: Maximum 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle international customer queries via voice support
- Provide professional and excellent customer service
- Complete dedicated training programs for skill enhancement
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals (1-4 years)
- Mandatory Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to work in night and rotational shifts, strong problem-solving skills
