Customer Support Role - International Voice Process (0-3 yrs)

Process: US & UK Voice
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for contacting leads over the telephone.
- Need to listen attentively and speak slowly with complete explanation.
Job Specifications:
- Should have good Oral and written communication.
- An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
- Should be a computer literate.
- Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
- Required qualification - Any Undergrads/Graduates.
- Good exposure in MS Office tools
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Fixed Sat/Sun week off.
Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 CTC pm + Uncapped incentives
- Home pick & drop facility.
