Customer Support role - Inbound Process - Fraud Investigation Vertical - Call Centre (1-4 yrs)
What responsibilities will you get when working with us-
Provide Support in inbound call centre - Anti-Fraud Seller Helpline (9AM - 7PM)
Candidate is expected to speak to customers and provide correct resolution within a specified time.
This is a knowledge centric process

What will you need to be successful in this role-
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of professional experience in customer call centre, preferably in the anti-fraud, claims department or legal department
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Preferred skills - fraud/Crime investigation
Key Pointers:
Looking for people who have worked at the backend, doing Fraud investigation/Crime investigation and is willing to work in inbound call centre.
Require candidates with excellent communications both verbal and written with good thought process and understanding of domestic call centre.
No outbound call centre experience
