Customer Support Role - Inbound Process (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via email chats and inbound calls.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to customer service guidelines.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance targets.
Qualifications :
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
