SS - Customer Support Engineer - Software Apps

We are building a healthcare platform that will consist of multiple integrated products or apps solving real customer problems in Healthcare. Our services are 100% cloud-delivered and offer the simplicity, enhanced security, and improved user experience that traditional appliances are unable to match. Currently, we have customers in India and Africa and growing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment. Handles customer queries or updates on software over WhatsApp, Phone and/or Email.

2. Collect feedback from customers on software features and enhancements. Ability to explain or train customers on the product or new features.

3. Provide excellent customer service.

4. To consult the supervisor in regards to any escalations.

5. Continuous upgrade on Clients processes and policies

6. To complete and deliver any delegation that has been given from superiors.

Key Skills:

- Customer Service

- Customer Support

- BPO, Call Center, Inbound Process etc.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

1. MBA / B.Tech. / B.E, MCA / BSc.

2. Very strong verbal and written communication skills (English).

3. 1-2 years- experience in customer support/customer service position.

4. Technologically intermediate/advanced skills on the Internet, MS products - Word/ Powerpoint /Excel.

5. Coding experience would be a huge plus.

6. Self-motivated along with adaptability & flexibility and willingness to learn.
