Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities :
1. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Follow Up regularly with customers with and without outstanding issues
3. Guide Parkinson's patients, who may be older adults, and their caregivers in correctly using our wearable mobility aid, WALK, and assist users in troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
4. Collaborate closely with the product development and engineering teams to address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records and raise tickets in our CRM system according to customer interactions and required follow-up actions
6. Stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with patients and caregivers.
3. Patience and compassion when assisting older adults or individuals with mobility challenges.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
