Customer Support Role - Education (0-2 yrs)

1. Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers, providing excellent customer service and assistance.

2. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.

3.Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

4.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas.

5. Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and assist with travel arrangements as needed.

6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and logging deliveries.

7. Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team

8. Connect with Students on the call and also generate a lead form the data provide to her or him.

9. Offer guidance on educational programs, course selection, and career paths based on individual student needs.

10.Assist students in the application process for various courses, colleges, and universities.

11. Gather feedback from students to assess the effectiveness of counseling services.

12.Connect with Candidate for new opportunities ( Job or any other support he/ she can provide us).

13. Proper response to the queries for students and also to the who connect with IBU Group.
