We at "Parkwheels" are working hard to solve some big, bad and unsexy parking problem of India. And currently, we are looking for an excellent Sales/BD champ to join our team.
We are well funded by marquee VCs and looking for young and awesome people who believe in the cause we are determined to solve.
Here is what we are looking for:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support .
- Handle inbound calls / queries
- Internal coordination for resolution as per TAT
- Manage Chat / phone support
- Problem solving approach
- Excellent Communication skills
Plus Points :
- Have previously worked in a startup/ call center
- Have done Customer support role
