Our Client is a Customs Clearing / Freight Forwarding Logistics Firm, based in Vashi - Navi Mumbai
Position - Customer Support Executive
Experience -1+yrs in the same industry
Location - Vashi - Navi Mumbai
Qualification - Any Graduate
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responding To Enquiries Of All The Customers In The Most Efficient Manner
- Regular Updates And Follow Up With Clients / Liners /shipping Lines & Other Service Providers
- Container Booking And Placements With Various Shipping Lines/carriers Etc
- Should Be Well Aware With The Various Stages/procedures Involved In C/clearing & Freight Forwarding
- Dealing With Various Transporters For Arranging Delivery At Various Cfs After Approval Of Operations Department.
- Regular Follow Up With Internal Departments To Get Updates On Client Issues.
- Maintaining Data Of All Clients / Potential Clients
- Up-to-Date Reporting To Clients With The Cargo Status Pertaining To Various Shipments
Profile :
- Fluency In Spoken And Written English -
- Polite & Good Mannerism While Dealing With All The Clients & Colleagues
- Computer Literacy (Ms Office / Windows) -
- Very Quick In Responding To Queries / Issues -
- Should Be Able To Think Out Of Box & Focus On In-hand Issues
Office Timings -6 Days working
( M to F - 10:30 Am to 7:00 PM & Sat 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM )
Salary : INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
