We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services to assist customers.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions based on customer needs.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the BPO sector or with international customer support.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
