Job description :
- Opening into various Domestic & International process.
- Technical knowledge is must on troubleshoot/ IP addressing/ DSL.
- It can be Voice/non-voice accordingly.
- Selection is done as per the communication skills because of international phase.(so comm.skills should be excellent)
- In International process we have chat process as well for online grocery store & online radio, for which u have to troubleshoot on internet issues, So technical skills are must.
- International voice process for Apple, it is totally voice - so need excellent comms.
- In domestic Voice process- opening for Flipkart / jio / vodafone processes with moderate comm skills will also considered.
