Customer Support Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)
1) Will prefer candidates with at least 1 year of International calling experience in a business- to- business (B2B) environment.
2) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3) Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
4) Willing to work in Night Shifts and Graveyard Shifts.
5) Strong work ethic
6) Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
7) Basic computer skills including Internet, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
8) Minimum 6 months experience max 5 years experience(International Voice).
9) Good communication (English)
