Post - Customer Care, Technical Support, Accounts and Finances, Banking, Insurance, Marketing, Telesales and Medical Billing
Responsibilities and Duties :
- The primary responsibility is to attend inbound calls for customer support from the existing customers
Resolve the quires of the Customers, in case there are any issues, escalate the same to the higher officials in the team/company
- Create reports on the work done and submit it to the team lead/manager
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- Freshers can apply
- Grads or Undergrads with minimum 6 months of bpo Experience
- Good communication in English
Educational qualification:- 12th passed, Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Shift:- Day or Night Shift are available
Process:- Inbound & Outbound
Salary :- 12000 to 30000 +cab +incentive
Experience:- Fresher / Experience ( anyone can apply )
Cab:-both side.
Incentives:- unlimited ( depend on performance )
