Customer Support Role - BPO (0-4 yrs)
We Are Looking For Customer Support Specialist (International/US Process)
Location: CSEZ - Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi
Salary: INR 17,000 to INR 25,000 Per Month
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 0 to 4 years in BPO
Work Schedule: 5 Days Per Week / Night Shift
Transportation: Cab facility Available

Team Management : Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
Process Oversight : Oversee the entire customer service process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Complaint Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints brought to your attention promptly and professionally.
Policy and Procedure Development : Create and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve service quality.
Training and Standardization : Plan and execute training programs to standardize service delivery and enhance the skills of the team.
Recruitment : Participate in the selection and hiring of new staff members.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor the work of individual representatives and the team as a whole to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Quality Assurance : Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff for continuous improvement.
Product Knowledge : Possess and impart excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Work Environment : Maintain a positive and pleasant working environment for your team to foster productivity and job satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Excellent fluency in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
