Customer Support Role - BPO (0-2 yrs)
Job description Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking the help of different internal tools
2. Making outbound calls.
3. Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
4. Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented, and suitable information is provided to clients
5. Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved
6. Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and Week offs
7. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve
