Job description:
- A Customer Service Executive usually performs many of the following tasks:.Identifying new opportunities,Interaction with customers,Processing customer orders, Supporting sales and development departments
- Interact with customers on daily basis and document information shared by the customers on the CRM.
- Take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to customers services
Requirements :
01) Maintain positive & professional attitude to clients.
02) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
03) Follow upto ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
04) Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services
05) Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Tamil/Telugu any one must.
