JOB SUMMARY:
Immediate hiring of freshers/candidates with at least six months experience by a leading BPO company in Jaipur.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle queries and complaints of the customers related to products.
- Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who understands the impact of great customer service.
- Responsible to deliver high quality and productive results that meet the identified targets.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
- Maintain composure and patience with customers.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Education qualification - HSC/Any Graduate
- Good knowledge of computer.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Should not be below 18 years of age.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per US Hours, according to business needs
