We are hiring for a company which is a premier provider of International Contact Center services offers comprehensive inbound and outbound programs across a full range of B2B and B2C markets.
 
The Job :

Key responsibilities areas :

- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

- Overseeing the customer service process.

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Creating policies and procedures.

- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

- Selecting and hiring new staff.

- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.

Ideal Candidate :

Key Competencies :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success, Customer Service or Telesales role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
