Customer Support Role - BFS (0-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the process.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Complete call logs and reports
Qualifications and Skills :
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills - Mandatory
- Real Estate knowledge is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
