Customer Support Role - BFS (0-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries from investors, dealers and prospective investors.
- Make telephone calls to investors, brokers, dealers. Keep abreast of company policies, and all procedural information.
- Maintain knowledge of all applicable investment and regulatory changes.
- Initialize investigations of complaints via internal communication channels.
- Generate and prepare MIS reports
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Any Degree. Experience in the financial business and customer service.
- 0-4 years related experience and excellent communication skills
PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING :
- Having customer centric approach
