Customer Support Role - Bank (2-6 yrs)
Profile Requirement : Minimum Graduate
- 2 - 6 years of Banking email customer service experience
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling escalation from customer and bank
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative, specializing in handling customer inquiries and concerns via email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience.
- Should have worked in email CS process and not voice/operations role.
- Excellent English communication skills - written is a Must!
- Good aptitude and someone who can think on his feet and is logical.
- Shift timings mentioned below.
- Afternoon shift - 2pm - 11pm
- Night Shift - 11pm - 8am
