Customer Support Role - Automobile (2-10 yrs)

We are a Private Limited firm operation from Gurugram (Head Office) belong to Automobile Industry and serving (B2B only) our Clients PAN India. We perform duties of a mediator for our clients (Buyers & Sellers) and assist them to close the deal successfully by providing services like: E-Commerce platform, Negotiations, communicative updates etc. From a startup in 2021, we are now 2-year-Old Organization and expanding at a rapid pace.
Job Description for Operation Sales Executive:
Your Duties:
- Ensuring adequate auction participation through aggressive calling to buyer clients
- Handling client's grievances and getting them resolved through internal stakeholders
- Achieving daily and monthly targets of buyer participation, procurement and vehicles sold
- Follow up with clients to take timely approvals.
- Negotiate with clients and dealers for better closing.
- Daily, weekly & monthly reports sharing to respective Manager.
Your Qualities:
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Good Convincing skills paired with understanding of business
- Ability to do Multi-tasking
- Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Email antiquates and MS office tools proficiency
Experiences Nice to Have:
- Past experience in Motor Insurance, Automobile, Auctions, Sales, Operations & Marketing industry will be preferred.
