Customer Support Role (3-5 yrs)
Customer Support Executive
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries by email / phone
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Monitor and track orders from submission to final shipping
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Update and maintain the appropriate MIS
- Have previous experience of atleast 3 years in Technical customer support
- Customer Service Experience for Print / Design Company is good to have
- Graduate
