Customer Support Role (2-4 yrs)
- To make Archezign existence on digital platform
- Create regular content & post on Social media and other websites /Apps (Linkdln, facebook, Insta & other)
- Source Apps& website for freelancing work, Update details on platforms
- Check regular apps and website & generate leads.
- Check online magazines to publish Archezign work
- Approach local editors to publish work on magazine
- Write Content/Blogs related to projects. Negotiate with agencies & vendor for projects
- Provide monthly feedback on employees and create a reports of their performance
- Approach builders, or concerned personnel for marketing purposes.
- Procure material of projects whenever required.
- Maintain records for all completed and ongoing projects. Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly reports for ongoing projects
- Monitor & record all the samples & material available after completion of onsite projects.
- Return of unused materials or ensure utilization on other sites.
- Connect with Past clients to get reviews and feedback (writeup (GB) video and audio
- Google business review/Feedback on weekly basis)
- Follow-up according to feedback received
- Address the customer complaints and find solutions to it ensuring resolving all concerns of clients.
- follow-up client for payments on timely basis.
- Handling other administrative work at office.
- Manage & provide material required at site
- Compare the expenses with past projects and tack project expenses,
- Strong communications skills, and Presentation skill is a mandate
