Reporting To HOD-Customer Support

Work Location: Hyderabad -1, Bangalore -2

Pay 3 to 4 Lacs P.A.

Job Description Required profile :

- Candidate must be Diploma/BE Holder in Electrical/Electronics/computer science Engineering and additional qualification on IT, will be an added advantage.

- Must be keen to learn with hard work and perseverance, must be interested to take on field Working Opportunities with Companies in Electrical Industry.

- Must be very good in learning, building relationships, team working, requirement understanding, analyzing,problem solving, follow ups and closing.

- Responsible for attending online support for product/EMS

- Responsible for the closure of support/complaint & maintain good relationship with the customer.

- Responsible for attending filed complaints

- Good communication ability

- Willing to travel

- Languages preferred - English and Hindi/Marathi

- Must be dedicated & hard working.

- Should be ready to work during extended hours other than regular time

- Work dedication & commitment to archive 100% result

- Will be responsible for more than 40 accounts in Panel Builder, OEM and End Customer segment for relationship building, Understanding the requirement of Customers through regular visits, Product Demonstrations, Product/Solution pitching as per Requirement.

Job Specification :

- Qualification: Should be Diploma Holder in Electrical/Electronics/computer science.Engineering and additional qualification on IT will be an added advantage.

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in 1.Water, Lightning, Energy Management Systems (Both Hardware & Software)

- Good skills in Installation & Maintenance of Electrical monitoring (Meters) and controlling equipments / devices.

- Good Analytical strength, that helps in debugging and providing quick solution to the customer system issues.

- Energy Analytical Skills
