Customer Support Role (1-4 yrs)
- Answering inbound calls for B2B customers.
- Handling chat queries and providing email support.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
