Job Description :
We are seeking customer-centric and language proficient individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for the Toyota Process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements :
- Language proficiency in English and any two South Indian languages (Versant 5)
- Immediate joiners preferred
