Job Description :
- Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin etc.
- Compose responses independently and in accordance with processes guidelines.
Required Candidate profile :
- Provide professional yet personalized experience on all interactions with the customers on Social and consumer Platforms.
- Work alongside dependent teams
- Working knowledge of Social Media platforms i.e. FB, IG, YT and LinkedIn etc.
- Consumer Centric Apporach
- Methodical
- Good Command on written English
