Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, information, and resolving inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle diverse customer situations.

Responsibilities :

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide accurate information about products or services.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
