Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
- In addition to providing technical support, this role will also involve building reports for our customers.
- The successful candidate will need to have the ability to build simple queries that help our customers assess demographic and service data.
- We will train the new hire on EmpowerDB's report tool, which is a user-friendly drag-and-drop tool that doesn't require any programming knowledge.
