Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
Experience required : 1-2 years
Pre-requisites :
- Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented Service Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, and Billing-related queries, through web-chat, emails, and phone calls based communication tools.
- Contacts will be from customers and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Address customer queries in case of payment issues, and respond to other types of inquiries as well.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
- Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate
