JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification : 12+
A computing/gaming related degree would be an advantage
Experience :
- Desired customer support/service experience in Chat & Email process
- Experience providing customer support by chat
- Experience in providing support in a gaming or technical background
- Experience in troubleshooting to solve problems
Interview process:
- HR Screening
- Language test & Typing test (40 WPM & 95% Accuracy)
- Technical round with Operations team
-HR discussion

- Ability to meet and exceed agreed targets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Profile/Responsibilities :
- Manage all contacts with customers to required quality standard
- Handle required number of contacts to ensure team meet client expectations
- Troubleshooting and researching technical and gaming issues
- Keep product knowledge up to date for all client products
- Escalate cases to manager or client to achieve timely resolution
- Share knowledge and best practice with team
