Job Description :
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chhatarpur, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work in collaboration with different teams to improve customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.
Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
