- Answering our valued customer's phone calls

- Proficiently responding to emails

- Diligently resolving customer complaints

- To seamlessly perform these tasks, experience and proficiency in using help desk software are mandatory.

- Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a knack for problem-solving are other preferred qualities for an ideal candidate.


- Your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs promptly and efficiently. Thus, candidates with previous customer service experience will be highly favored.
