Customer Support Role (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements :
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
