Customer Support Role (0-4 yrs)
Location : Noida Sector 2 (Nearest Metro Station: Sector 15)
Salary : 10,000 to - 25,000 (In-hand) with PF/ESIC Deduction
Qualification : 12th Pass (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service updates.
