Customer Support Role (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage Inbound and outbound chats in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Manage end-to-end customer response and the complaint process
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Maintain customer databases
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Places orders for customers by updating all the information accurately.
- Maintain excellent quality on all chats handled.
- Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner.
- Work with minimum supervision.
Requirements :
- Graduate from any stream
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills
- Strong communication skills along with active listening.
- MS-Office (specifically MS-word); Good keyboarding typing skills
- Customer focus
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Ability to understand accents from diverse geographies
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
