As a Domestic BPO Agent, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, from simple questions to complex issues, through various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships through empathetic and effective communication.
- Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
