The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email in line with client service levels
- Move In -Move Out management and Vendor Management.
- Tracking the customer's queries until it got rectified.
- The following engineer for closure
- Communicating with clients and customers about their experience with our service.
- Identifying vendors providing manpower support for our business calls
Ideal Candidate :
- You possess a Degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A clear and professional telephone manner.
- Good written and oral communication
- Fluent English Communication to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Good co-ordination skill
- Fresher interested to work in iT field
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have working knowledge of Basic Hardware Knowledge, Excel and PowerPoint
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
