Job Responsibilities :
1) Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, or live chat. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests effectively.
2) Troubleshooting : Assist customers with technical issues, product usage, and other inquiries related to our products or services. Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
3) Order Processing : Handle customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status. Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
4) Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers and promote their benefits effectively.
5) Complaint Resolution : Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring a swift resolution and preventing recurrence.
6) Maintain Records : Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system to keep comprehensive records.
7) Customer Satisfaction : Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
8) Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills :
1) Educational Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent. Graduates are preferred, but freshers are also eligible to apply.
2) Good English Proficiency : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively communicate with customers.
3) Empathy and Patience : Display a patient and empathetic approach towards customers, showing understanding and compassion when addressing their concerns.
4) Problem-Solving Abilities : Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and rationally in resolving customer issues.
5) Computer Skills : Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software and applications.
