Customer Support Role (0-1 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good typing speed
- Interact with users through a series of actions and answer all queries as well as resolve issues via chat or email.
- Maintain and update records for daily queries and escalation.
- Support the roll-out of new application features.
- Troubleshoot systems, network problems, diagnosing and solving software issues at the user's end.
