Customer Support Representative - Voice Process (1-7 yrs)
Description :
Provide support to Our Partners by effectively diagnosing and resolving issues and work requests from the Partners and CAM's. Responsible for accurately referring unresolved issues to appropriate support groups. Support includes
On-boarding and Enabling new Partners
Laying out Program benefits :

Required Skills :

Experience with Microsoft operating systems and functions such as Terminal Services.
Should be flexible to work in shifts and weekends (including Night).
Experience :
Fluent in English and specific required language subject to position.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
IT sector experience in selling and/or support in software solutions and/or products is essential.
Experience in a phone based customer sales/service role.
Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Ability to blend and share information with team members.
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
Experience creating procedural documentation Positive work attitude.
