CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - GURGAON

Position Purpose :

Customer Support Representative reports to the Manager to support the process of providing products and services per established policies and procedures to meet quality standards and expectation of the customer in a timely manner. Responsible for the account administration and interfacing with customers

Essential Functions :

a) Process and maintain customer purchase orders, external customer purchase order systems and electronic data interchange (EDI).

b) Maintain off-line sales systems as required (i.e., Product Master, FACT).

c) Responds to customer pricing requests per established price list.

d) Interacts with other departments as required (order status, delivery updates, warranty & quality).

e) File and maintain documentation.

f) Interfaces with customers on a day-to-day basis.

g) Over-time may be required with little or no notice to accommodate customer needs.

h) Assists with account receivables (validate PO to sales order, collections, etc.).

i) May respond to other administrative requests from Account Managers.

j) May input forecast information.

k) Picks up and distributes department mail.

l) Cross train with other Customer Support Representatives.

m) Small international locations may be involved in other administrative tasks from other functional areas (i.e., payment process, after hour calls).

n) Maintain customer profiles as required.

Education :

Any Graduate - BA, BCom, BSc. (Full Time)

We are looking for the candidate who are having with the following skills/experience/qualifications :

a) Overall 3 to 4 yrs with Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-interface role and business process understanding.

b) Process and maintain customer purchase orders, external customer purchase order systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI).

c) Maintain off-line sales systems as required

d) Responds to customer pricing requests per established price list.

e) File and maintain documentation.

f) Interfaces with customers on a day-to-day basis.

g) Assists with account receivables; validate PO to sales order, collections, etc.

h) Good multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented and able to prioritize work load efficiently

i) Solid knowledge of computer systems and software applications

j) High level of professional communication and interpersonal skills
