Customer Support Professional (0-4 yrs)
- Act as the first point of contact support for customers via multiple channels (face to face, telephone, letter, email, portal)
- Act as a channel shift champion, promoting customer enablement & self-serve, demonstrating and coaching the customer where needed
- Signpost customers to information
- Provide basic advice and problem solve enquiries based on readily available information or scripts
- Collect customer intelligence to support service information & improvements
- Maintain / update customer databases
- Undertake customer surveys, campaign and commercial calls to support the corporate aims of the Council
- Work with other team members to organise and manage workloads effectively, ensuring that all customer and performance standards and targets are achieved
