Customer Support/Process Support Professional (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a UK Process Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience supporting UK and European clients, possess excellent customer service skills, as well as a strong proficiency in MS Office. As a UK Process Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing processes, identifying Leads, and ensuring smooth operations within the UK team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to the UK/ European team by managing and monitoring key processes
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations across all departments
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management
- Manage multiple projects and tasks with varying priorities
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience supporting the UK and Europe
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent sales and convincing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
