Customer Support Manager (1-6 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Support Manager to join our team!

As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our high-value customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Your main objective will be to create personalized experiences, build strong relationships, and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain relationships with high-value customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

2. Understand the unique needs and preferences of each customer, tailoring services and offers accordingly.

3. Proactively engage with customers through various channels (phone calls, emails, chats) to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

4. Monitor customer activity and analyze data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in a similar role or support industry.

2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

3. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

4. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

5. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively in challenging situations.

6. Flexibility in working hours as some evening or weekend availability may be required.

Conditions :

1. Working schedule 2/2 (from 10 am to 10 pm)

2. Salary depends on your expectations and experience (salary payment occurs twice a month)
