Work location : Govandi, Mumbai
Languages : Hindi and English
CTC : 12-15k per month
Marathi not manadatory although might be helpful
Process : Inbound
- Resolving product and service problems (P & S)
- Attracting potential customers by answering P & S questions,
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Resolve P& S problems by clarifying the customers complaint
- Analyse the customer needs
- Preparing P&S by collecting and analyzing customer info.
