Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails.
- Performing callbacks as required to solve customer issues
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customer issues
- Ideate to come up with new trends in customer behavior and constantly improve processes.
Skills Required:
- Good written as well as verbal communication in English
- Should have patience to handle customers and resolve customers issue.
- Fast typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Idealization capabilities
- Sales Background would be an added advantage
- 1 to 3 yrs overall experience
